Policies
LATE POLICY
I allow a 10 min grace period - anything more will result to rescheduling or a shorter Treatment time. Always feel free to text or call me if you have any questions.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $15 must be made to book appointment. The deposit will go towards your Service.
PAYMENT
Remaining payment is due after each service. Must be in cash or there is a transaction fee if you are paying with card.
NO REFUNDS
If you have any excessive fallout 48 hours after your appointment, notify me as soon as possible and I will give you a complimentary touch up.
BOOKING FILLS
Please always make sure you have at 40% lashes remaining left including outgrown lashes. If you are unsure please feel free to send me a picture. Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule for any reason please notify me 24 hrs before your initial appointment. You will have 48 hours to move your appointment to another date with the same deposit once. Same day cancellation will result to being charged 50% of remaining balance.
